The gift was gorgeous, and Kristen went above and beyond to respond to my questions lightning fast and custom engrave a good deal amount of text in beautifully arranged fashion. While I agree with a previous reviewer that the item was sent in a larger than anticipated box with only a bit of paper padding, the item wasn't noticeably damaged at all. For the wonderful service and immense value of the gift (the recipients loved it!), I happily give 5 stars!
