If your item is being customized please see the product page for information on turn around time by product. For larger bulk orders: If ordering in multiples of the same product to one location there is a price break in shipping. If you are ordering the same product to multiple locations there is no price break as each address is considered a new label and there is no multiple discount given to us by the carrier in that regard. Once it is received we will inspect the item. If there is obvious use and is not caused just from shipping issues, we can deny the return.
