For most items we ship in 1-4 business days however there are products that do take longer and we encourage you to note the processing/shipping time that is listed per product on its own unique page. Please also note that during rush times like Christmas, New Years and Valentine's day shipping may take longer. Please keep this in mind and consider ordering at least one to two weeks ahead of your in hands date.

Returns. Yes, of course we will work with our clients to make sure that their needs are met. If there is a damaged product we will need photos of the item so that we can start an inquiry with USPS. We then will send you a call tag and as soon as we see that the item is moving via USPS tracking we will be happy to send your replacement, Please advise of any issue with any order within 07 days of receipt. We do not accept returns on engraved or personalized items. In addition if the client makes an error in their personalization information that is sent to us at time of order, there is no way to fix an item that has already been engraved. For example if the client says to engrave " I Love John " and then realizes when they receive it it should have been
" I Love Johnny " you would have to purchase the item again. There is no way to unengrave an item once it is engraved as it is permanent to the product.

Large Bulk Orders:
Yes! We can ship large bulk orders just send us a convo and we will respond quickly.
When placing a large bulk order there will be 20% cancellation fee if you cancel the order and it has been more than 1 hour after your order was placed. In many cases bulk orders can not be cancelled at all. It depends on where the order is in processing. Please feel free to convo us.

Large Bulk Orders Going To Multiple addresses. For large bulk orders that will be going to multiple addresses there is an additional $5.00 per item fee. Please send me a convo for custom large order concerns and we will work with you.

Additional infromation on returns. Freight to send something back if you do not like the item is the buyers responsibility. If there is damage to the item we will either send a call tag or we may have you hold it as there are times that USPS or UPS will want to inspect the item(s). Each case is different so please feel free to ask.

Cancelations - Because of our in-house personalization process, time for setup of each item to be engraved or customized, materials needed, and turn around time, once an order is placed we can not cancel it if more than 1 hour has passed from the time you placed your order.

Rush - We are happy to help, time permitting, so please ask before you place your order if we can rush your items to you. If it is less than a 24 hour turn around please inquire if there are any rush processing charges. Many times staff or our engravers might have to stay late to get your order out, or it is in the middle of a holiday or a busy stretch (like graduation or weddings.) Normal rush charges, depending on the item and how many you are ordering can range from $5.00 to $20.00. In addition you might have to upgrade your shipping. Please keep this in mind as you order.

For most items we ship within 1-4 business days via Priority Mail or First Class (see each items description) via USPS. If your item is being customized please see the product page for information on turn around time by product. Please allow extra time on high volume occasion's like holidays etc. You will receive tracking information as soon as your product is ready to ship. For larger bulk orders: If ordering in multiples of the same product to one location there is a price break in shipping. If you are ordering the same product to multiple locations there is no price break as each address is considered a new label and there is no multiple discount given to us by the carrier in that regard. If your item arrives damaged, please send us a convo with a picture of your item and a picture of the outer box so we can contact our shipper (USPS) to make a claim. We will either refund or supply you with a replacement of the same item if available. Thank you!


    We love bulk orders. Since we are in the office everyday we can send out bulk items in just a few days! With our fast turnaround time please keep in mind that
    cancelling a bulk order after we have sent the invoice to you via ETSY and completed, we cannot cancel it.
    Also keep in mind that any items that have your personalization cannot be returned.
    If we have engraved everything correctly via the order form and you would like a change after the shipping label has been printed, you will have to order a completely new one. Be sure to double check everything before submitting an order.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    I want to Cancel but it is shipped? What can I do?

    Once it is shipped we are unable to cancel the order. If the item did not have any personalization you can message us that you will be sending the item back to us. Once it is received we will inspect the item. If there is obvious use and is not caused just from shipping issues, we can deny the return.
